Beginning with a welcome reception at 6:30pm, you will enjoy a bountiful bash of bubbles complimented by a fabulous 4 Course Dinner prepared by Chef Haydn Shaak. David McCarus, co-founder of McCarus Beverage Company will be our Guest Speaker for the evening, guiding your journey through the world of Sparkling. All featured bottles will be available for purchase at the conclusion of the event.
