Founded in 1983, The Biltmore Estate Wine Company was established to realize George Vanderbilt’s original vision of “a self-sustaining entity that thrives on the bounty of the land.” Now a beacon of sustainablity alonside quality winemaking, the Biltmore wines honor the Vanderbilt agricultural heritage and Mr. Cecil’s vision to create new opportunities for his family’s estate in harmony with Biltmore’s mission of preservation.

Restaurant 17 is excited to welcome Sharon Fenchak, winemaker at the Biltmore since 2003. Join us in a fabulous evening, beginning with a thoughtfully paired wine and welcome canape, followed by a paired 4-course dinner from Chef Haydn Shaak.

All ticketed guests will be entered into a drawing for 2 free tickets to visit and tour the Biltmore. The wines from the evening will be available for purchase at a discounted price at the end of the event. ($125/person – includes taxes and gratuities).
