Elements Wine Dinner - Part 1 (Earth)

Join Restaurant 17 and Curated Selections for an exciting 4-part wine dinner series. Each dinner will feature a different element, beginning on April 14th with Earth. We will be featuring terroir (soil) driven wines paired with earthy dishes from award winning Chef Haydn Shaak. Then, on June 9th, we will feature the element Water, highlighting coastal influenced wines and dishes. September 8th brings the element of Fire, with wines from volcanic regions and a fiery menu to accompany. Finally, we will end the series on December 8th with Air- hosting a paired dinner of Bubbles and Brine. Each dinner will begin with canapes and a welcome drink, followed by a four-course, individually plated menu. Each dinner is $100/person (includes taxes and gratuities) or join us for the whole series and receive a take away gift at the final dinner.
