Evening Overview

Your night begins with a welcome wine and canapés, followed by a four‑course dinner crafted by Executive Chef Haydn Shaak, known for his refined, seasonal, and locally sourced approach to Appalachian‑inspired cuisine.

Each course is thoughtfully paired to highlight the nuance, structure, and expressive character of Lingua Franca wines—crafted in Oregon’s Willamette Valley and revered for their blend of Old‑World elegance and New‑World purity.

Featured Wines & Presentation

The wine program for the evening will feature a curated selection of Lingua Franca Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays, celebrated for their balance, minerality, and site‑driven personality. Rooted in low‑impact, organic, and biodynamic farming, these wines reflect the exceptional terroir of the Eola‑Amity Hills.

Your guide through the evening’s pairings will be Bruni Koch, South Carolina Sales Director for Constellation Wines. Constellation specializes in bringing premium, terroir‑driven wines from top global regions to market, including Lingua Franca’s distinguished Willamette Valley offerings.
